How do I return an item?
If you feel that you have received the wrong or defective product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card.
You have 30 days additional days (60 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.
Inspect all equipment when it arrives. If you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. No questions asked
You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Custom fit items, books, CD’s, DVD’s and Videos may not be returned.
Simply download and complete the Return Merchandise Form, package the items securely and include the form along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:
In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements. Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
Used products purchased online are offered as-is and do not carry a valid manufacturer’s warranty.
Returns are accepted if the product is not as described or has been damaged in shipping. You must contact the store within five days of receiving the product. You have 30 days to return the used merchandise for full refund on your credit card. If the merchandise is not returned within 35 days from when it was received it will be refused and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
